$150 - CONSULTATION + CRITICAL COZY CHECKLIST
- We walk through your listing taking inventory of what you already have while creating a suggested shopping list to create the perfect "instagram-able" space
- Using our Airbnb Critical Cozy Checklist we make sure everything your guests could need is included in the design
- We will give a detailed plan for creating that picture perfect space for listing your property
(Up to two hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $75 hourly rate)
ADD ON: AIRBNB DESIGN SOURCING
- After the consult, we will take the heavy lifting out of finding the perfect additions for your Airbnb off your hands
- We will use the Critical Cozy Checklist to find perfect items to complete your space
- We will work within your budget to get a detailed sourcing plan with shopping links so you can buy items quickly and easily
- Cost for add on: $200 per room
