$150 - CONSULTATION + STAGING REPORT
- We start with a FREE phone interview, so we can research your buyer demographic and prepare for our Consultation time
- Using a photo-filled, detailed staging checklist we walk through the home and discuss optimal, big return-on-investment, staging strategies that are designed to have big, emotional impact on your buyers
- The detailed report also includes my essential "Open House Checklist" and "Closet Organization Checklist"
(Up to two hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $75 hourly rate)
$350 - SILVER STAGING PACKAGE
- Do you need hands-on help transforming your space for buyers? We will make huge transformations in half a day by using what you have to make the most of each space
- I will bring in gorgeous staging accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list and get higher impact photos
- We will work for up to 4 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go
Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to four hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $75 hourly rate)
$650 - GOLD STAGING PACKAGE
- Do you need hands-on help transforming your space for buyers? We will make huge transformations in one day by using what you have to make the most of each space!

- We will work for up to 8 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go
